Are your crystals real and natural?

Yes. All our crystals are natural stones sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell glass, resin, plastic, or synthetic stones marketed as crystals. Each piece is visually inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and authenticity.

How can I tell if a crystal is genuine?

Natural crystals usually have small imperfections, natural variations in colour, texture, and weight. Stones that look perfectly uniform or identical are often man-made. We also share educational resources on simple at-home checks such as temperature feel, weight comparison, and scratch resistance to help you learn.

Do you sell treated or dyed crystals?

We avoid dyed or artificially enhanced stones. Some crystals may be polished or heat-treated, which is a standard and accepted practice in the gemstone industry. This does not make a crystal fake and helps improve durability and wearability.

Why does my crystal look slightly different from the photos?

Crystals are natural products, so no two pieces are exactly the same. Variations in colour, pattern, and shape are normal. Product photos represent the type and quality, not an identical copy. Minor differences may also occur due to lighting during photography.
