At Heal Align Thrive, we pour intention and care into every crystal we send out. Each piece is energetically cleansed and packaged with love to support your journey. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our return and exchange policy below:
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unaltered, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom orders or personalized items.
- Crystal kits that have been altered/changed.
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidents.
- Digital downloads or activation guides (if applicable).
📦 How to Return
- Email us at return orders with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
- We do not refund shipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your crystals arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo and description. We’ll make it right — either with a replacement or refund.
